Article 1 Definitions of Terms
Section 1 Application of Terms and Conditions
The limousine service operated by JP STAR GROUP Co., Ltd. shall provide limousine services to customers in accordance with these terms and conditions
of transportation.
Passengers who use this service are required to agree to these terms and conditions, and by using this service, they are deemed to have agreed to these terms
and conditions.
Section 2. Matters not specified in these terms and conditions
Any matters not specified in these terms and conditions shall be governed by applicable law or general practice.
Section 3 Amendments
The service provider may change these terms and conditions without prior notice or consent from the passenger.
Section 4: Measures in Case of Violation of These Terms and Conditions
Any passenger whose behavior the service provider deems inappropriate may be refused use of this service.

1. Any act that causes inconvenience or disadvantage to a third party.
2. Any act that may disrupt the service provided by the service provider.
3. Any actions that soil or damage the interior of the vehicle will result in a cleaning fee of 50,000 yen.
4. Use or possession of illegal drugs (if illegal drug use or possession is discovered, we will immediately report it to the police)
5. Any other actions that violate these Terms and Conditions
If the Company enters into a special agreement with respect to any provision of these Terms and Conditions to the extent that does not violate the spirit of these Terms and Conditions or laws and regulations, the special agreement shall apply notwithstanding the provisions of such provision.
Article 2: Instructions from staff
Paragraph 1. Passengers must obey the professional instructions given by our drivers and other staff members in order to ensure the safety of transportation.
Article 3: Acceptance of transportation
Paragraph 1: Acceptance of passenger transportation
We will accept the transportation of passengers, except in cases where we refuse to accept or continue transportation pursuant to the provisions of the
following article or Article 4, paragraph 1.
When receiving this service, passengers must agree to the tariff and other terms set out separately from these terms and conditions, and can apply for transportation in a manner set out separately, clearly indicating in advance the vehicle type, purpose, start date and time of operation, boarding and disembarking locations, whether optional services are required, and other terms of use.
Section 3. Changes to transportation details
If a Passenger wishes to change the Terms of Use set forth in the preceding paragraph, he/she must obtain the prior consent of our company.
Section 4. Cancellation of Carriage
1. Passengers may cancel their reservations in a manner specified separately. If the passenger is unable to contact the company on the reserved day of operation due to circumstances that make it difficult to conclude the contract, the reservation will be considered canceled.
2. If a reservation is cancelled for personal reasons, the passenger shall pay to our company a cancellation fee as specified separately.
* Up to 7 days before the reservation date: Free
* 6 to 2 days before the reservation date: 30% of the usage fee
* The day before the reserved date: 50% of the usage fee
* On the day of use or after the scheduled date: 100% of the usage fee
Article 4 Acceptance, refusal, cancellation and judgment of transportation
Paragraph 1: Refusal to Continue Carriage
Our company may refuse to accept or continue carriage if any of the following items apply:
1. When the application for transportation is not governed by these Conditions of Transportation.
2. When there are no facilities suitable for the transportation in question.
3. When a passenger requests special payment in relation to the transportation.
4. When the transportation is contrary to the provisions of law or public order or good morals.
5. When there is a disruption to transportation due to natural disasters or other unavoidable reasons.
6. When a passenger fails to comply with measures taken by the driver in accordance with the provisions of the Passenger Automobile
Transportation Business Transportation Regulations.
7. When a passenger is carrying an item prohibited from being brought on board pursuant to the provisions of the Passenger Automobile Transportation
Business Transportation Regulations
8. When a passenger is so intoxicated that he/she cannot clearly state his/her destination or has difficulty walking without assistance.
9. When a passenger has symptoms of a Class 1 or Class 2 infectious disease under the Act on Prevention of Infectious Diseases and Medical Care for Patients
with Infectious Diseases.
10. When symptoms of intoxication due to narcotics, stimulants, paint thinner, etc. can be confirmed.
11. When a child under the age of 6 is traveling in the vehicle even though a child seat has not been applied for.
12. When there is a risk of causing inconvenience or harm to a third party.
13. When there is a risk of engaging in any act that may disrupt the service provided by the service provider.
14. When the person is recognized as belonging to an anti-social organization.
15. When our judgment believes that it may have a negative impact on our company or other customers.
Section 2. Cancellation and interruption of transportation
1. The service provider may suspend or interrupt all or part of the operation of this service without obtaining permission from the passenger for any
of the following reasons.
2. When the provision of the Service cannot be carried out as usual due to an earthquake, flood, tsunami, fire, power outage, or other natural disaster beyond
the control of the Service Provider.
3. Any other case in which the service provider determines it is necessary to cancel or suspend the operation of the Service.
Section 3. Termination of transportation due to unavailability
If the vehicle becomes unusable during the usage period due to an accident, natural disaster, or other reason, the usage agreement will be terminated.
Section 4. Termination of Carriage
1. If a passenger violates these terms and conditions during the period of use, we will cancel the transportation contract without any notice or warning.
In this case, we will not refund any fees already received to the passenger.
2. If the Service Agreement is terminated pursuant to paragraph 1 of this article and the Company incurs any damages, the Passenger shall compensate the Company
for such damages.
Section 5. Termination of Agreement
Passengers may cancel the service agreement with our consent even during the usage period.
Item 6. Our non-smoking vehicles
1. All of our vehicles are non-smoking.
2. If a passenger smokes or is about to smoke in our non-smoking vehicles, the driver may ask the passenger to cease smoking and may refuse to accept or
continue carriage if the passenger does not comply with this request.
Furthermore, if a passenger is found smoking in a non-smoking vehicle, he/she shall pay a penalty of 30,000 yen to our company.
Article 5: Fares and charges

The liability and charges collected by our company are based on those approved by the Director of the Regional Transport Bureau at the time of boarding
the passenger.
Section 2. Revision of fares and charges
If the rate is revised after we have accepted transportation based on the basic rate, notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, the rate shall be based on
the rate table applied at the time of booking.
Article 6: Collection of fares and charges

We require payment of fares and charges upon completion of the reservation of transportation.
Article 7: Responsibility to Passengers
Section 1: Responsibility to passengers
If the operation of our vehicle causes injury to a passenger's life or body, we will be liable to compensate for damages resulting from this.
However, this will not apply if we can prove that we and our staff exercised due care in the operation of the vehicle, that there was intent or negligence
on the part of the passenger or a third party other than our staff, and that the vehicle had no structural defects or functional impairments.
Section 2 Period of Liability to Passengers
Our liability to passengers begins when they board the vehicle and ends when they disembark.
Section 3 Liability for Transportation Services
In addition to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, our company is liable to compensate passengers for damages incurred in relation to the transportation,
except in cases where we can prove that we and our staff did not neglect to exercise due care in relation to the transportation.
Section 4: Natural disasters and other responsibilities
If we temporarily suspend operations or take other measures to ensure transportation safety due to a natural disaster or other reason beyond our control,
we shall not be liable to compensate passengers for any damages suffered as a result.
Article 8: Passenger Responsibility
Paragraph 1. If our company incurs damage due to the passenger's intentional or negligent act, or due to the passenger's failure to comply with laws and regulations or the provisions of these General Conditions of Carriage, our company will seek compensation for such damage from the passenger.
In the event of damage caused by our company being unable to use the vehicle due to breakdown, damage to the vehicle, or odor caused by reasons attributable to the passenger, our company will calculate the amount of damage based on the basic fee in the separately stipulated fee table and the period of the vehicle being unable to be used, and the passenger will be required to pay this amount.
Paragraph 3 If the vehicle is damaged or significantly soiled due to the passenger's intentional or negligent acts, the passenger shall bear the full cost of repairs and maintenance.
Section 4. Prohibited Acts
PaFurthermore, passengers must refrain from engaging in the following acts during and after the period of use of this service:ssengers must comply with
applicable laws and regulations.
1. Any act that infringes the legitimate rights of the service provider or a third party, including ownership rights, intellectual property rights,
including copyrights, portrait rights, and publicity rights
2. Any act that causes disadvantage or damage to other users, service providers, or third parties.
3. Actions that go against public order and morals
4. Actions that violate laws, regulations, etc.
5. Any profit-making activities related to the Service without the approval of the Service provider
6. Any act that disrupts the operation of this service
7. Registering false information
8. Opening and closing doors while driving
9. Any other actions that the service provider deems inappropriate
Article 9 Replacement Vehicles
Paragraph 1. If we are unable to provide the service using the vehicle reserved by the passenger due to an accident, theft, or other reason not attributable to our company, we may offer to provide the service using a vehicle other than that reserved.
Paragraph 2: If the passenger accepts the request under the preceding paragraph, our company will provide the service in a substitute vehicle, applying the same terms and conditions as at the time of reservation.
Paragraph 3: Passengers may refuse the offer of a replacement vehicle under Paragraph 1.
Article 10: Disclaimer
Paragraph 1. If we are unable to provide our services due to a natural disaster or other force majeure, we will immediately notify passengers to that effect and shall not be liable for any damages incurred by passengers.
Paragraph 2 Due to the structure of the vehicle and relevant laws and regulations, the environment in which the vehicle can be operated is limited, so the
driving route and parking locations will be determined by the driver.
Depending on road conditions near the boarding and disembarking points, you may be asked to board and disembark at a location away from the designated boarding
and disembarking point.
In such cases, the service provider shall not be liable for any disadvantage suffered by the user.
3. If we deem that our vehicles cannot be operated safely, we will cease providing services and promptly refund any fees already received to the passenger, and we shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the passenger in such case.
Article 11: Use of Personal Information
Paragraph 1. Passengers agree that our company and our group companies may use their personal information for the following purposes:
1. To verify and screen passengers' identities.
2. To send direct mail and other information to passengers.
Paragraph 2 Personal information will not be disclosed to third parties unless the passenger's consent is obtained.
However, the following cases are excluded:
1. When required by law.
2. When it is necessary for the protection of a person's life, body, or property, and it is difficult to obtain the individual's consent
3. When it is particularly necessary for the improvement of public health or the promotion of healthy child development and it is difficult to obtain the
consent of the individual.
4. When it is necessary to cooperate with a national government agency, local government, or a person commissioned by them in carrying out matters prescribed
by law, and obtaining the individual's consent is likely to impede the performance of those duties.
Article 12: Offsetting
When we incur a financial liability to a passenger under these terms and conditions, we may at any time offset such liability against the financial liability owed by the passenger to us.
Article 13 Late Charges
If the Passenger or the Company fails to fulfill its financial obligations under these terms and conditions, the Passenger or the Company shall pay to the other party late payment charges at the rate of 14.6% per annum.
Article 14: Detailed rules
Article 1. Our company may separately prescribe detailed rules for these terms and conditions.
Article 2 If the Company determines separate detailed rules, they will be posted at the Company's stores.
Article 15 Jurisdiction
In the event of a dispute arising under these Terms and Conditions, the Tokyo District Court shall be the court of first instance with exclusive jurisdiction.
These terms and conditions will come into effect on November 1, 2024.
